Confession! ... I was the worst employee. Which proves that when you are doing what you love, 26 years can fly by. My first day as a realtor, I was overwhelmed. The office felt as chaotic as Wall Street; realtors scrambling to get their offers accepted as they lined up 12 cars deep outside the listed properties! Things haven't changed much, have they? The in-between years saw its share of ups and downs in the housing market.

WeSellVancouver enjoyed its Yaletown offices for over 12 years. Since our clients were on the move, we decided to move with them. We are now in the historic and colourful Chinatown on 163 East Pender Street. I grew up in Chinatown and it's where I used to skip school to come and have an apple tart with some tea. The waiters helped me with my grade 11 + 12 math. Without them, I would have never passed! So for me, I am home now.

I was licensed in 1988 and have never looked back. I am pleased to say that the enthusiasm of that first year is with me still, as every day has been completely different from the next. Just when I think that there could not be any new experience or new challenge to face... I am wrong! New challenges however are handled with the confidence and compassion afforded by years of practice.

Real Estate has been hard work, long hours, exciting, challenging, educational and, first & foremost, extremely satisfying.
